We often refer to our Drivers as an Elite Fleet — meaning our Drivers don't only meet the standard, they ARE the standard! Our Drivers exceed expectations and represent Tri-State / Roadmaster Group with dignity and dedication.

 

That being said, we strive to recognize those Drivers who are the BEST of the BEST. By implementing a Driver of the Quarter and Driver of the Year program, we are able to express to our Elite Fleet how much we appreciate their dedication to safety and efficiency.

Delivery Truck on au by KDDI Type F Has been employed with Tri-State / AATCO for a full year.

Delivery Truck on au by KDDI Type F No preventable accidents, citations, or log violations in the prior year.

Delivery Truck on au by KDDI Type F No preventable service failures during the designated quarter.

Delivery Truck on au by KDDI Type F No performance bonus denials during the designated quarter.

Delivery Truck on au by KDDI Type F Follows ALL company policies/procedures.

Delivery Truck on au by KDDI Type F Must have all credentials (Quebec, Passport, TWIC, DOD Clearance, etc).

Delivery Truck on au by KDDI Type F Owner Operators must participate in the incentive plan.

Delivery Truck on au by KDDI Type F Must be actively working at time of selection.

Delivery Truck on au by KDDI Type F Input from Driver Managers.

Delivery Truck on au by KDDI Type F Be in good standing with Tri-State / AATCO.

 

Selection:

Delivery Truck on au by KDDI Type F All who qualify with the above standards will be entered into a drawing. ONE Driver will be drawn every quarter.

Delivery Truck on au by KDDI Type F Drivers chosen for Driver of the Quarter will be placed into another drawing and ONE will be Driver of the Year - as long as they comply with the above guidelines.

 

Awards:

Delivery Truck on au by KDDI Type F Driver of the Year: Trip for Two (up to $2500)
